This one is just disgusting.
The original thought was about a genuine medical application, but some people will find undesirable things to do with it.
A camera, with mic, placed underneath the toilet seat somewhere to capture information excretions to give doctors something hopefully useful. Obviously not nearly as valuable as samples, and such, but maybe sometime useful.
And a person having difficulties can observe that, and if feeling it is necessary to tell a doctor, can show a video rather than trying to describe.
Some kind of warning needs to be provided and a means to insure it is not activated when not desired. Perhaps a wall mounted small screen.
And of course resistant to everything including harsh toilet cleaning chemicals.
