Facilitates tie in to individual's websites, and professional organizations. Makes use of API's for immediate gathering and distributing of information.

Should allow for quick assessment especially at severe emergency levels and assist in making the correct contact for the situation, area of the situation, and where reported from. When not able to call directly for example, would give clear instructions on calling, and give other options available if that is not possible.

Can work down to the smallest of requests, such as someone asking among a number of known and approved neighbors if someone is available to water the plants while on vacation.

Expands out into discussions on developing systems to help people, and prevent coming in situations where they need help, meaning primarily abnormal situations (so prevent war, etc.). And preparations for natural disasters, preventing (the need/desire for) crime, etc.
