The concept here is an upright device, mounted to a wall, or a is a freestanding frame. It is a mechanism to scratch a persons back as they operate a control in front of them. A hang on a door or something similar version would also be possible.
This is mainly useful for elderly people or others with difficulty manipulating handheld "sticks" and similar items, and rubbing up against a tree is not an option.
I am guessing there is not a sufficient target market to make a profitable business. I can only see in nursing homes, and similar, where there is a number of people may benefit from it, and very few rich people with itchy backs.

This idea came from my itchy back and having seen an elderly lady that had to scratch an even more elderly ladies' back since she was unable. Further she told me the older lady takes prescription pills to reduce the itching, but they don't work that well.
If someone starts manufacturing these things, I'd like one please. I can do okay with sticks and such, but it would be a nice luxury to have such a device to scratch my itchy back.
